1. Overview
The Ultimate Takhini Experience Giveaway is a series of promotional prize draws designed to reward visitors and participants with relaxing, wellness-focused experiences in the Yukon Territory. Prizes may include accommodation, entry passes, and other perks as detailed below. These giveaways are free to enter, and subject to the rules, conditions, and disclaimers outlined herein.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada aged 19 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort and Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant for violating contest terms.
3. Entry Guidelines
Participants may enter online through the designated form, with a limit of one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Any attempts to circumvent the entry limitations (e.g., using multiple emails or identities) may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizer.
4. Prize Descriptions and Approximate Retail Values
- Ultimate Grand Prize Experience: 2-night stay for 8 at the Nighthawk Guesthouse + 1-day Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs entry pass (19+) ($2,200+ value).
- Supreme Takhini Experience for 4: 2-night duplex stay for 4 + 1-day Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs entry pass (19+) ($1,300+ value).
- Golden Ticket: 1-month unlimited Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (19+)($220 value).
- Additional Day Pass Lucky Draws: 1-day Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs entry (19+) ($70 value).
Prizes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and must be redeemed within the designated time. Prizes cannot be used for future stays or visits outside the valid period. No travel or incidental costs are included.
5. Draw Dates and Deadlines
- Golden Ticket Draw: Entry closes December 12, 2025. Winner drawn December 15, 2025
- Ultimate and Supreme Prize Draws: Entry closes March 27, 2026. Winners drawn March 31, 2026
- Additional Day Pass Lucky Draws: Conducted and winners drawn on the last calendar day of September through November 2025, January, February 2026 and April through June 2026.
Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort reserves the right to adjust draw dates or extend deadlines with notice provided via their website and/or social channels.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected through a randomized digital draw at Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone and will have 72 hours to respond. To claim a prize, the winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question and sign a waiver form. Each prize awarded in this contest will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the official prize drawing date. All prizes are subject to availability at the time of redemption or fulfillment.

7. Waiver and Release of Liability
All winners must sign a liability release form prior to receiving their prize. By signing, winners acknowledge that they accept all risks associated with using the prize, including but not limited to: travel, lodging, hot spring use, and environmental factors. Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize redemption.
8. Publicity and Use of Personal Data
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, city of residence, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Photos and stories submitted by users may be used case-by-case with express consent.
Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort respects participant privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with Canadian PIPEDA regulations.
9. Contest Changes and Flexibility
Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of this contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: technical issues, fraud, or business direction. All decisions made by Takhini, Yukon’s Hot Springs Resort regarding the interpretation and application of these rules are final.
10. No Purchase Required & Legal Compliance
No purchase or fee is required to enter. This giveaway is not a raffle or lottery and does not require a Yukon gaming license under current regulations. This contest is governed by the laws of Yukon and applicable Canadian statutes.
